Kane Williamson hit his maiden century for Gloucestershire on a the opening day of the County Championship match against Leicestershire at Grace Road.
The BLACKCAP batsman smashed 23 boundaries to finish 149 as Gloucestershire piled on 504 in their first innings.
Williamson then took key wickets of opener Jefferson and first drop Abdul-Kadeer Ali to help restrict the Leicestershire reply to 323.
Unfortunately inclement weather denied Gloucestershire an outright win as Leicestershire, who were asked to follow on, fought through to 245 for five before the captains shook hands.
