Working closely with external partners including: Major Associations, Cricket Players Association, current contracted players, SPARC and NZAS, Universities, and ICC affiliated countries – the National Selection Manager at New Zealand Cricket will create a unique system to identify, select, engage and measure top quality players who are able to achieve consistent optimal performance.
