Claire Taylor struck a century as England levelled the women’s ODI series with the White Ferns at Lincoln’s Bert Sutcliffe Oval.
Taylor made 111 not out in an unbroken partnership of 178 with Caroline Atkins, who contributed 69 as the tourists completed a nine-wicket win.
The White Ferns again started slowly before the middle order stepped up with key contributions.
Sarah Tsukigawa top scored with 73, with scores of 45 by Nicola Browne, 44 by Haidee Tiffen and 27 from Amy Satterthwaite helping the home team to 242 for eight.
But England overcame their only wicket, Sarah Taylor – bowled Beth McNeill for 36 – to record victory with five overs to spare.
