Otago Cricket confirmed today that Bradley Scott is returning home and is available for the Otago Volts in the 2011-12 season.
A combination of a desire to return to play for Otago and family has led Scott to make the decision to return to Dunedin. Scott said "I am very excited about the opportunity to return to Otago and try and make the Volts side again, I am looking forward to working with Vaughn and playing alongside old mates".
Otago Volts coach Vaughn Johnson, said "we are delighted to welcome Bradley home, to have a player of his experience and ability available for the Volts in all three forms of the game is a real plus for our squad. I am looking forward to his contributions on and off the field."
Scott has 166 wickets in 60 First Class appearances, 98 one day wickets in 80 matches and 33 Twenty20 wickets in 39 appearances. His economy rates are impressive in limited overs cricket and he is known for his handy ability with the bat late in the innings.
