BLACKCAPS consolidate ranking positions

The four BLACKCAPS in top 20 positions in the ICC Test player rankings all maintained their places after the controversial end to the England-Pakistan series.

There was little change to the order after the chaotic end to the series at the Oval, meaning  remains in 14th place in the batting table.

remains in ninth place in the bowlers’ rankings, 15th and fourth in the all-rounder charts.

The 3-0 series win sees England consolidate second place in the ICC Test Championship table, with third-placed Pakistan now a point ahead of India.

The BLACKCAPS remain in seventh position.

After the award of the third Test to the English, to wrap up a 3-0 result, they need to defeat Australia by three clear Tests in this summer’s Ashes series to take first place.
