Hamilton Boys’ High School and Hutt International Boys’ School met on Bert Sutcliffe Oval for their fourth-round match.

Hutt International won the toss and decided to bat. Opener Rachin Ravindra had an outstanding performance, hitting 76 runs and steering his side to a defendable total of 188.

Jesse Tashkoff also batted well for Hutt International, scoring 35, and Malimage Perera was the pick of the bowlers for Hamilton Boys' with 2-14.

Hamilton Boys’ had an inconsistent run chase, losing wickets just as they started to gain momentum. Malimage Perera batted superbly to steady the ship with a 62-run knock, and looked as though he had brought his side to victory.

But some great bowling by Troy Johnson saw quick wickets fall. Johnson ended with 4-21, Ben Sears also bowling well to finish with 3-38. Hutt International ended with a tight 17-run win.
