In 2022 Blair made his ODI debut in style when he took four wickets against the Netherlands, assisting BLACKCAPS in their seven-wicket victory. In 2023 Blair made his Test debut against England at Bay Oval in a pink-ball day-night match.
Blair makes consistent contributions to Central Districts and has taken 330 wickets across all formats, including five First-Class five-wicket bags.
