Zimbabwe level series

Zimbabwe has leveled its ODI series with Kenya 2-2 after a rapid-fire 70 (72 balls) from opener Piet Rinka helped his side reach 9-231 and register a 109-run win.

The length of the match was reduced to 44-over s after heavy rain in the lead-up soaked the outfield at Harare Sports Club.

Kenya was then rolled for a dismal 122 in reply with Zimbabwean Ryan Higgins taking an impressive 4-21 to set up a winner-take-all decider in the fifth match.

Rinka and Terry Duffin gave Zimbabwe a good start with an opening stand of 99, before Duffin was dismissed.

Brendan Taylor kept the run rate ticking over with a solid 40 before a collapse by the middle-order and tail, with the last five wickets falling for just 14 runs.

Kennedy Otieno played a lone hand for Kenya in reply, making 69 as the wickets tumbled around him.

But Kenya never really threatened as Higgins ensured that Kenya had only one other play reach double figures for the innings.
