The highest score of the day was Auckland's Kelly Sutherland, with 108 off 155 balls, in the win over Central Districts at the Bert Sutcliffe Oval.
Thanks to a third wicket partnership of 135 between Sutherland and Katie Perkins (45), Auckland reached 220/4 after 50 overs.
In reply, Auckland gained a bonus point by dismissing CD for 163 in 43.5 overs. Kelly Tunnicliffe top scored with 38 and Sheree Wadsworth scored with 30, while Lily Mulivai took 3/26.
At Lincoln No.3, Wellington won the toss and fielded against an Otago XI they dismissed for 141 in 41.5 overs.
In reply Wellington started positively and achieved victory in 39.1 overs with good contributions from Penny Lewis 31, Emily Leslie 33, and Sarah Bradbury with 24.
Northern Districts won the toss and batted on Lincoln Green and were all out for 157 in 44.3 overs against Canterbury.
Kirbie Samkin with 35 and Holly Huddleston with 37 top scored again for ND, while Angela Woolley took 3/21 and Emma Campbell 3/22. Canterbury reached the target in 46.1 overs with solid contributions from Krista Neilson with 42, Amy Rendel 29 and Emma Campbell 25*, while Huddleston had a good double with 3/22.
