Sara McGlashan makes WHITE FERNS history

The New Zealand WHITE FERNS are looking to honour a unique achievement in the second Twenty20 International today as Sara McGlashan becomes the first in New Zealand cricket history to play 200 games for the WHITE FERNS, across all formats of the international game.

McGlashan, a dynamic fielder and explosive batsman, made her debut for the WHITE FERNS 13 years ago, on 26 June 2002 against the Netherlands.

She has represented her country in two Tests, 131 One-Day Internationals and today is her 67th Twenty20 International. The next highest on the appearances list is the retired Nicola Browne with 180 games across all formats.
