Morning session washed out

A waterlogged outfield at McLean Park has caused the abandonment of day three of the third and final Test of the National Bank Series between the BLACKCAPS and the West Indies.

The morning session in Napier was cancelled after further heavy rain, and a further assessment after lunch found conditions had not improved.

The West Indies stand on 256 for four in their first innings, having been put into bat. The BLACKCAPS lead the series 2-0.
