Canterbury vs Northern Districts
Canterbury; 228/6(Janet Brehaut 47, Hayley Jensen 29, Sharlotte Lucas 29*, Emily Bailey 3-31) beat ND; 113(Emily Wilson 24, Lea Tahuhu 4-17, Hayley Jensen 4-27)
Canterbury were first onto the crease on day 4 of the WND against ND. Janet Brehaut again showing her talent with a well played 47. She had some assistance from fellow team mates Hayley Jensen 29 and Sharlotte Lucas with an unbeaten 29 also. Emily Bailey kept Canterbury some what at bay with 3-31. ND knew they had a lot to chase and it got to them. Ending up on only 113 and run out of bats women. Emily Wilson seemed determined however and helped get ND past 100 with 24 runs of her own, but Canterbury bowlers had ND flailing about with Hayley Jensen again showing us her skills with grerat figures of 4-27. Lea Tahuhu was just as unplayable with figures of 4 wickets for an amazing 17 runs. Canterbury anded up winning by 113 runs and also securing another bonus point.
Central Districts vs Otago
CD; 246/8(Esther Lanser 39, Penny Rose Wiggins 32, Kate Topham 3-36) beat Otago; 141(Sarah Osborne 40, Olivia Gregory 3-31)
CD opened the batting with everyone scoring a some but a few people scoring many runs. Esther Lanser with 39 was one of these people along with Penny Rose Wiggins who scored 32 runs. Kate Topham helped Otago out with 3 wickets for 36 runs. It just was not enough and CD ended up scoring a big score of 246. Otago just didn't have the heart and was all out for only 141. Apart from Sarah Osborne who got a well needed 40 but it just was not enough for Otago to ensure a win. CD won by 105 runs also gaining a bonus point.
Auckland vs Wellington
Auckland; 144/9(Pam Yates 41*, Renee Moffitt 3-12) beat Wellington; 124(Jess Mcfayden 24, Sandee Hui 3-35)
Auckland went in with high hopes only to be cut short with 144. Pam Yates ran out of batting partners and ended the innings with an unbeaten 41. Renee Moffitt was one of the main reasons Auckland were held back for so little with stirling figures of 3 for only 12 runs. Wellington would of been feeling rather confident, therefore quite surprised when they lost a very tight match by only 20 runs. Jess Mcfayden tried but was unsuccessful in gaining a win for Wellington with 24. Sandee Hui also bowled well and had 3 wickets for 35 runs. In the end Auckland won by 20 runs. No bonus point but happy to have defended such a low total.

Canterbury vs Otago
Otago; 82(Katherine Murdoch 5-10, Gina Hart 3-6) lost to Canterbury; 83/1 (Frankie Mackay 47)
Otago was in first with the bat with nothing going their way. Katherine Murdoch had the Otago batswomen trembling with an outstanding performance gaining 5 wickets for just 10 runs off 9 overs. Gina Hart contributed to the bowling with great figures of 3 wickets for only 6 runs. Frankie Mackay lead with 47 runs, assuring Canterbury another win by an astounding 9 wickets and gaining a bonus point.
Wellington vs Northern Districts
ND; 173(Natalie Dodd 46, Hannah Bedford 2-26) lost to Wellington; 174/5(Sarah Bradbury 31, Hannah Bedford 30, Char Mizzi 37, Jess Mcfayden 27* , Natalie Dodd 3-30)
ND batted first with Natalie Dodd holding the team together with a well played 46. Hannah Bedford held them back however, with 2 wickets for 26 runs. Wellington on the other hand, had many women contribute to beat ND with an exciting defeat in the last over of the match. Sarah Bradbury was one of these, scoring 31, along with Hannah Bedford scoring 30 and Char Mizzi achieving 37. Natalie Dodd almost got ND a win with great figures of 3-30, but Jess Mcfayden held fast and was there at the end with an unbeaten 27, helping Wellington to a 5 wicket win.
Auckland vs Central Districts
Auckland; 241/8(Sam Barribal 83, Maddie Green 45, Pam Yates 23*, Malorie Bartosh-Short 3-35) beat CD; 108/9(Courtney Woodward 17, Rosie Cox 2-10, Pam Yates 2-15)
Auckland padded up first and never looked back, with almost everyone contributing with the bat, but some stood out from the rest. Sam Barribal was definately one of these, with a solid 83 from 113 balls. She had some assistance from Maddie Green who was just short of a half century at 45. Auckland seemed unstoppable until Malorie Bartosh-Short came into the attack taking 3 wickets for 35 runs. Pam Yates had other plans however and saw Auckland through to 241 ending up on 23 not out. CD didn't last long, only just reaching 100 runs. Courtney Woodward seemed the only person to get many at all and she too was soon out. Pam Yates again helping out Auckland with 2-15 along with Rosie Cox, who got 2 of her own wickets for just 10 runs. After such a huge defeat Auckland gained a bonus point as well, winning by 131 runs.
