BLACKCAPS warm up for Champions Trophy

The BLACKCAPS continued their preparations for the Champions Trophy over the weekend with a practice match at New Zealand Cricket’s High Performance Centre.

Most members of the squad heading to India later this week enjoyed game time, with the squad now fully assembled at the HPC.

State Northern Knights all-rounder  (pictured), part of the extended 30-man preliminary squad for the competition, made 88 for his side, which won by 111 runs.

BLACKCAPS (42) and (27) also featured for Orchard’s side, which also contained bowlers and .

Orchard’s team-mate (35) top scored for the opposition, which was restricted to 118 all out.
