CricHQ and Caltex with Techron announce the “5 star performance” campaign.
CricHQ and Caltex with Techron are excited to announce a new campaign to reward “5 star” cricket performances. Club and school players throughout New Zealand will be eligible to win a $5 Caltex StarCash card if their match is scored as part of a verified CricHQ fixture and the required information is captured.
The 5 Star Performance campaign will run through to the end of March 2014, backdated to include winners since November 2013.
The Caltex with Techron awards will be issued to a ‘Batsman’ and ‘Bowler’ in each team at every fixture. These will be based on power and economy performances - two key benefits of Caltex with Techron - the 5 Star Fuel.
The “Power Batsman of the Day” will be awarded to the player in the team who hits the most boundaries in a match, while the “Economy Bowler of the Day” award is for the player who has the best bowling economy rate.
Each week the winning players will be notified by email, to the address they have associated with their CricHQ profile. Once the player replies with their postal address a $5 Caltex StarCash card will be delivered free of charge in the post.
In the case of no email address being associated with the player; their team administrator will be notified via email instead.
Caltex StarCash cards can be redeemed at any participating Caltex Service station around the country and can be used to purchase fuel, food, drinks and other items.
