A brisk 38 not out from Sara McGlashan guided the Central Hinds to a comfortable eight wicket win over the Auckland Hearts in the Twenty20 match at Queen Elizabeth Park, Masterton.
The Central bowling attack ensured it was low target as they kept Auckland to 94 from their full 20 overs.
Abby Burrows and Kate Broadmore lead the attack with two for 15 and two for 19 respectively.
Hearts batsman Megan Tremaine top scored with 31 but used up 45 deliveries with Katie Perkins and Rachel Cox both reaching 21.
McGlashan and Aroha Northover (28) made short work of the run chase bringing up the winning runs after 11.2 overs.
